6. Subscription Services and Payment

Billing and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
  • We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice

Free Trial

  • Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiration
  • Only one trial per person or organization is permitted

Subscription Cancellation

  • No refunds for partial billing periods or unused subscription time
